A ninety minute hike north on an undulating road and then 35 minutes straight up to the Kaskikot Temple. The road is trecherous, trenches filled with mud sucking vehicle desire. And then on the way back stopping at Laxman's parent's home to pick up some green corn, fine for roasting with a pinch of salt and butter.
I returned to the Superview, a fast moving system opened up a waterfall just as I reached the room. Meanwhile Pokhara bakes in the sun. A sore back at evening time, sitting in the dining room, two Taiwanese travelers and their local guides sit and try to be civil. I try not to listen, Maya is in the kitchen in need of assistance, the husband and the daughter are not here. The wall, meanwhile, that collapsed a few days ago is almost finished.
