We started from Kathmandu in rain and when I climbed out of the taxi six hours later because the driver was afraid to go any higher it still rained. Twenty breathless minutes on it stopped and in three hours a parting of the clouds and a welcome to you Anapurna, holy radiant ones you are. I am so happy to be back in your presence. Lamjung, welcome again, looking quite solemn, I look forward to seeing you every morning.
