walking down

8.8.14

5.50am-Heavy fog and rain and there is no going down the mountain in this.  Will this even lift today, it could be here for the day.  Friday.  The boys talked late last night, I simply cannot sleep through talking, so I guess the rain and fog is a good excuse to sleep.  Wait!  The sun breaks through, there is hope, there is change, there is always change.

4:12pm

How long have I gone without being connected, since last night omigod I’m addicted to getting a too smart for me phone working responsibly and my pc is also running with no connection.  A big kaboom at 3am over the valley and mountain shorted something in the matrix so the walk was good, no falls, a few tears at the lake, and a consternating old man on the way back up.

I know I need to go up and drink and eat something but I like the quiet after a decent workout.  I can listen more closely when all my tendons are awake, a good hot shower to scrub three days of smells and the senses are alert.

I was walking along the lake and Niyma’s widow was sitting on the shaded bench with three other ladies when I saw her and I said sorry and we cried and hugged for her loss.  So, next week lunch at her home.  And one question I will ask though no one may know the answer.

Suman is coming home tonight, Italians take two rooms.  Ram, Maya’s brother asks where they are from and they say Russia first, Libya second and finally confessed their status.

9.41pm

Suman and I did some analogy tests and I know why I am not an engineer.  And then it was time to turn in.  I left for Lakeside at 7:30am and returned to the guesthouse by 4pm.  That’s a lot of time on the feet, eh?

There are locals in room six.  I will not close my curtain.
